While Tiffany had been practicing yoga on and off since her teens, it was not until she began training for her first Ironman distance triathlon that she began using yoga as a means to not only increase her mobility but also to supplement her training. Over her triathlon career she has increasing utilized her Yoga practice to improve her personal record and remain injury free.

As an Ironman finisher, an Officer in the United States Army Reserves and a CrossFit competitor, Tiffany understands the distinctive demands athletes place on their bodies.
